Job Responsibilities:
(Description) BASIC FUNCTION Provides support and maintenance of all Employer Services data processing needs including hardware, systems and software applications. Acts as a liaison between group support and the regional center. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1. SUPPORT - Provides support to all regional personnel to resolve hardware and software problems. Has knowledge of all mainframe and auxiliary system software and the inter-relation of all systems, as well as, knowledge of operations regarding job control language (JCL), file maintenance and job submission. 2. RELEASES - Installs, tests and maintains program releases and patches. Copies networked documentation, distributes to appropriate departments and provides assistance upon request. 3. MAINTENANCE - Provides system backup and recovery procedures ensuring adequate frequency and integrity. May provide RACF or other security administration and documentation as required. 4. RESEARCH/KNOWLEDGE - Remains up-to-date on all technical issues, new features, statutory changes by attending classes, manual usage, reading material and troubleshooting calls on new releases. Technical Support Specialist III Provides support of the region for all ADP applications. May include: resolving the most complex technical issues, writing custom programs, assisting other regions and Corporate in troubleshooting and assisting Group in testing and piloting releases. Functions as the regional technical liaison with Group staff. Anticipates operational and system deficiencies and repairs or recommends alternative solutions. May write custom programs or work with custom programmers. Acts independently or with very little direction, using a high level of discretion. Determines problem priority and impact to the client base. Errors can cause the loss of a client, damage ADPs reputation and result in inaccurate payroll information. Critical control over systems effecting entire client base. Responsible for end of the line resolution. Response time is critical, with the need to act on and solve complex problems quickly and precisely. Internal clients may be unable to perform job duties if the system is not maintained. Internal: All levels of Regional staff for problem resolution and installation of releases. Group staff. External: Vendors, Clients Gives guidance to less senior Technical Support Specialists. 5 years diversified regional background. Job Responsibilities:
(Description) BASIC FUNCTION Provides support and maintenance of all Employer Services data processing needs including hardware, systems and software applications. Acts as a liaison between group support and the regional center. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1. SUPPORT - Provides support to all regional personnel to resolve hardware and software problems. Has knowledge of all mainframe and auxiliary system software and the inter-relation of all systems, as well as, knowledge of operations regarding job control language (JCL), file maintenance and job submission. 2. RELEASES - Installs, tests and maintains program releases and patches. Copies networked documentation, distributes to appropriate departments and provides assistance upon request. 3. MAINTENANCE - Provides system backup and recovery procedures ensuring adequate frequency and integrity. May provide RACF or other security administration and documentation as required. 4. RESEARCH/KNOWLEDGE - Remains up-to-date on all technical issues, new features, statutory changes by attending classes, manual usage, reading material and troubleshooting calls on new releases. Technical Support Specialist III Provides support of the region for all ADP applications. May include: resolving the most complex technical issues, writing custom programs, assisting other regions and Corporate in troubleshooting and assisting Group in testing and piloting releases. Functions as the regional technical liaison with Group staff. Anticipates operational and system deficiencies and repairs or recommends alternative solutions. May write custom programs or work with custom programmers. Acts independently or with very little direction, using a high level of discretion. Determines problem priority and impact to the client base. Errors can cause the loss of a client, damage ADPs reputation and result in inaccurate payroll information. Critical control over systems effecting entire client base. Responsible for end of the line resolution. Response time is critical, with the need to act on and solve complex problems quickly and precisely. Internal clients may be unable to perform job duties if the system is not maintained. Internal: All levels of Regional staff for problem resolution and installation of releases. Group staff. External: Vendors, Clients Gives guidance to less senior Technical Support Specialists. 5 years diversified regional background. Extensive ADP operational, product (payroll, TLM, etc) and procedural experience along with a proven proficiency in troubleshooting problems necessary. Programming experience preferred. Strong communication and analytical skills required. Experience with third party software helpful. Experience with Autopay and Enterprise strongly preferred. BA/BS in Computer Science or technical training equivalent or an equivalent in education and experience required.
Qualifications Required

Extensive ADP operational, product (payroll, TLM, etc) and procedural experience along with a proven proficiency in troubleshooting problems necessary. Programming experience preferred. Remote set-up of multiple ADP application sets at dealer groups via virtual methods to maximize the dealership?s efficiency, profits, sales, productivity and revenue.

Responsible for completion and quality of set-ups prior to AE delivering on-site training.

Site Preparation: Works with client and ADP install groups to verify install and training requirements are met and installation can proceed. This may include verifying and upgrading software levels, determining dealership processes, workflow and expectations of the application. This is a remote position working from a home office or local ADP office, all locations will be considered.

Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic): Qualified candidates will possess:
- Dealer Services Implementation experience recommended
- Setup experience in ADP Dealer Services core applications required
- The ability to install CRM and/orDesking andF&I
- Strong knowledge ofautomotive sales business practices as well as the core structure of finance and lease calculations isrequired
- Excellent customer service/advisory skills. This entails the ability to look beyond the client's immediate needs, understand the effect the service has on the client's situation, and ensure that it best fits with client goals
- Ability to effectively train customers, including content development and facilitation skills
- Exhibits a professional, enthusiastic, and ethical attitude when dealing with clients, associates, and ADP management.
- Demonstrates ability to influence and overcome client objections
- Ability to recognize critical situations, make decisions, and take actions deemed advisable or necessary in situations, informing management of non-routine situations. These results of decisions, actions or advice will typically affect operations or short term results of larger and complex application installs
- Takes responsibility for the outcome of assigned duties and installs
- Displays dependability and stability across given situations
- Ability to efficiently plan workload and prioritize to meet deadlines. Basic Function: Specialists work as part of a team to ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely and efficient installation and conversion of ADP Employer Services products, features, or equipment. They utilize a combination of product knowledge, HR knowledge and project management skills to contribute to the team. They coordinate client training sessions. This position is focused on the implementation of new business as well as the transfer of existing Major account or Easypay clients. Essential Responsibilities: ? Conducts needs analysis to determine appropriate product/service requirements for new or existing clients. ? Participates in project planning efforts which may involve one or more of the following: o Product configuration or adaptation to meet each client?s needs o Functional design guidance, accommodation of client rules, plans or procedures o Client control information, pre- and post-implementation testing oversight o Analysis of custom reporting and/or system interface requirements ? Participates in schedule development and monitoring and/or reporting the status to member of project team leadership ? Oversees accurate and timely installation/conversion of ADP products through entire implementation cycle. NAS Implementation Program Mangers are responsible for managing Multi-Service and COS programs that span multiple ADP business units and involve multiple Client and ADP constituencies. Project Managers for the individual projects in the program report functionally to the Program Manager for the duration of the engagement. The Program Manager is responsible for managing results without having direct control over all constituents, requiring excellent leadership and influence skills. The Program Manager provides executive stakeholders representing different Client and ADP internal organizations with program level communications, status reports, scope management, budget management, issue management, schedule management and metrics. The Program Manager plays an integration role, assuring that the tools and services being implemented are fully integrated with each other and with the client?s environment. The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the implementation activities associated with the system and service components of the program. The Program Manager manages issues and risks which need to be resolved at the program level because they cannot be addressed at the individual project level. Typical Duties: 1. Follows Program Management disciplines in the following areas: Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Issue Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Communication Management and Contract Management. 2.Establishes and manages milestone project plans. incorporating milestones from each ADP business unit and 3rd parties, including the client. Reports on progress periodically to management. 3. Establishes project structure and staffing plans, and participates in staffing process, which may include selection of personnel from third party vendors and customers. 4. Directs the ADP project teams through the individual Project Managers. Assists in setting goals, objectives and priorities. Is responsible for project reviews of the Project Managers. 5.Acts as primary interface with the client on issues regarding program level deliverables. Ensures client reviews are held with the client user community, and ensures that appropriate sign-offs are obtained by the Project Managers. 6.Ensures that approved methods, processes and tools are consistently used. 7.Accountable through the Project Managers for meeting project schedule and results as well as for the customer satisfaction and the quality of the deliverable. 8.Participates in task forces and review committees across areas and departments on development methodologies, processes and tools. 9.Performs project reviews, as required, to audit project management practices and provide mentoring. Experience: ?4-6 years of experience implementing HR or Payroll software for Fortune 1000 companies. 6-10 years of experience in a formal Project Management role, using comparable processes and procedures to those employed by ADP National Accounts ?4-5 years of experience supervising the activities of teams of 20 or more people, in either a line or project reporting relationship. ?PMP Certification or Masters Certificate in Project Management preferred. ?Successful completion, as Project Manager, of at least 2 projects with a scope of 20,000 or more hours. ?Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive level managers in a project-oriented setting where project risk is substantial and communication requirements are highly complex ?Demonstrated ability to build effective teams in a project-oriented setting where the team is large, geographically dispersed, and may have conflicting priorities and/or goals. ?Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain highly complex, leveled and balanced Project Plans using a software tool such as Microsoft Project, or other comparable tools. ?Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate project risks in order to successfully meet project objectives.

Basic Function: Project managers serve under the project guidance of a Program Manager and will be responsible for daily planning, scheduling, and controlling the activities of moderately complex and complex Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) implementation projects to ensure that project deliverables both application and process related are provided on time, within budget, and in accordance to specifications and standards. Responsible for building and maintaining productive working relationships between COS organizations, multiple ADP partners and the client project team members, including the client project sponsor and steering committee. Responsible for monitoring the daily performance of onsite COS resources and assist with providing input for quarterly performance evaluations of those consultants. In some cases, they may be also be responsible for monitoring performance of client resources with respect to their assigned project activities, but they will not perform performance evaluations or other line management functions of client resources. In addition, project managers are responsible for establishing project procedures that support project management standards and guidelines as defined by the Director of Project Management Job Summary?Specific: The primary responsibility of the COS Project Manager is to daily manage the tasks, deliverables and resources defined by the project plan. This will include such tasks as plan updates, status reporting, resource requests, change control, issue logs, and other project management tasks. Typically this role manages the acceptance, integration and/or development and delivery of discrete deliverable(s) directly to internal COS and client customers, or in support of a major enterprise wide program. This position works in coordination with the COS Program Manager to provide the primary interface between the company, the internal COS and client customers as well as third party providers. Manages employees from multiple functions in the company, the customer, and some third party vendors. May manage project leaders as direct reports. Typical Duties: 1.Follows Project Management disciplines in the following areas: Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Issue Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Communication Management and Contract Management. 2.Establishes and manages project plan, including the development schedule, delivery schedule, resource requirements and integration efforts of third party products. Reports on progress periodically to management. 3.Work with Program Manager on project structure and staffing plans, and participates in staffing process, which may include selection of personnel from third party vendors and customers. 4.Motivates and directs project team; sets goals, objectives and priorities; assigns and reviews work. Provide input and feedback to Program Manager on team member performance reviews on a quarterly basis. Recommends additions and deletions to staff over the life of the project. 5.Acts as primary interface with the internal ADP partners and customer on issues regarding the project deliverable. Ensures customer reviews are held, including the customer user community. Obtains customer sign off on status and requirements. 6.Acts as primary interface to subcontractors supplying either product or service. 7.Ensures that approved methods, processes and tools are consistently used. 8.Accountable for meeting project schedule and results as well as for the customer satisfaction and the quality of the deliverable. 9.Typically has 3-5 years of technical or industry experience before transitioning to this position, and typically is in the process of completing ADP ESG's Project Management Module Two Training.
Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic): Qualifications 3-4 years of experience implementing HR or Payroll software for Fortune 1000 companies. 2-5 years of experience in a formal Project Management role, using comparable processes and procedures to those employed by ESG. 2-5 years of experience with multi-line projects where a variety of systems and processes are implemented. 2-5 years of experience supervising the activities of teams of 10 or more people, in either a line or project reporting relationship. Successful completion, as Project Manager, of at least 2 projects with a scope of 10,000 or more hours. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with executive level managers in a project-oriented setting. Demonstrated ability to build effective teams in a project-oriented setting. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain leveled and balanced Project Plans using a software tool such as CA-SuperProject, MicroSoft Project, or other comparable tools. Education Requirements Bachelors Degree Preferred or equivalent experience plus professional certification desirable.

Design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide learning solutions that increase the capabilities of ADP?s managers and associates.

Conduct needs assessment; analyze and select the most appropriate instructional strategy, methodologies and technologies to maximize the learning experience and business impact. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Incorporates sound principles of current cognition and adult learning theory to the practice of instructional design.

2. Builds partnerships and relationships among the participants in a learning design project, and establishes review and approval processes for each phase of the ISD process.

3. Partnering with a Relationship/Delivery Manager, analyzes results of needs assessment and synthesizes information into the design and development process; identifies learning options; creates high level implementation plan and defines basic outcomes of the learning solution.

4. Creates an appropriate design or specification document and development model or plan for a given project; writes measurable learning objectives; selects and uses a variety of techniques to define, structure and sequence the instructional content and strategies; designs instructional content to reflect an understanding of the diversity of learners or groups of learners; builds into the design on-the-job application tools and learning aids.

5. Integrates existing and emerging learning resources and technologies to achieve learning goals; integrates new materials and technologies with existing learning resources to produce an effective, high quality solution.

6. May direct, assign or manage the work of others on the design team to accomplish project goals and objectives.

Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):

1. Education: Bachelor?s Degree (concentration in Instructional Design, Human Factors or English); master?s Degree in Instructional Design; Instructional Performance Technology; Business or Organizational Development related field preferred.

2. Experience: 5 ? 8 years of experience in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of business-focused learning solutions. Includes background in management/leadership development. Must also have experience managing complex learning projects involving virtual teams.

3. Generic Skills: Highly developed creative and business writing skills; excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; flexible approach and superior problem-solving abilities; well-developed business and financial acumen; solid project management skills; extensive knowledge and application of ISD/adult learning principles with deep expertise in blended learning solutions. Technical expertise with multiple development/authoring tools is required. Working knowledge of learning management/talent management systems is highly desired.

SCOPE: Responsible for the successful implementation of the data conversion process for Implementation Shared Services migration projects through the effective execution of AIM using excellent functional, technical and project management knowledge and skills to complete assigned tasks. Analyze complex National Account client requirements for payroll, benefits and human resource policies and procedures. Responsible for conducting data mapping sessions, developing comprehensive data mapping documents and conversion strategies, executing eConvert to accomplish masterfile and pay detail conversions, performing quality checks and troubleshooting and resolving open items in a timely manner. Responsible for project scope discipline and preventing project timeline slippage. This position will play an active role in the mentoring of new consultants and providing feedback to management to ensure proper training and project assignment for the new consultant(s). Will also lead and direct the daily activities of offshore partners assigned to the project. Additional responsibilities include; researching new features and functionality, process improvement and sharing this knowledge with the consultants through booster shot training, documentation and conference calls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provides Implementation Services as defined in AIM, utilizing standardized processes, tools and deliverables to complete data conversion tasks for the migration project. Process may be adapted to fit the specific requirements of the client, resulting in the delivery of high-quality services.

2. Prepares work plans for owned tasks and manages self to the completion of those tasks. May provide leadership to the client on specific tasks. Provides timely and accurate input on project status to project management.

3. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of applicable products and services by correctly answering questions and designing/delivering solutions to meet client needs. Conducts an in-depth analysis of data conversion requirements and specifications to determine the appropriate course of action. Applies knowledge of product and service components and internal systems to client, individual, department, and organization goals.
4. Uses excellent communication and facilitation skills to advise and influence clients and the user at line management levels. Prepares written communications such as status/issue reports, project/internal correspondence, and data mapping documents and data conversion strategy plans. Delivers prepared, concise, and persuasive formal presentations in a variety of settings.

5. Influences others through involvement in process and decision making. Builds and sustains relationships of trust and respect with others. This may include presenting the functional analysis results to the client and soliciting feedback on design and solution alternatives.

6. Ability to lead and mentor offshore teams on technical conversion tasks required. Must also partner and communicate regularly with offshore team leads and associates to move work through the project cycle within required timelines with high quality.

7. Experience and working knowledge of eConvert, Import Utility, Data Mover, mobile FRU and SQL preferred.

8. Works under limited supervision, exercises independent judgment in setting priorities and workflow for self, making recommendations to ensure high quality service levels and solution adaptation. Must make quick decisions on resolving or prohibiting client issues. Optimizes the use of his/her own time, making certain that deadlines are met and budget targets are met or exceeded.

9. Identifies and reports new business opportunities (outside of defined project scope) to the appropriate ADP management.

10. Contributes to improving internal processes/tools. Focuses on sharing knowledge with other Implementation Consultants through documentation/classes/webinars.

11. Strong working knowledge in National Accounts product sets, tools and processes.

12. Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

As a Client Technical Analyst, you will be able to demonstrate your customer service expertise by working as the vital link between ADP and the dealerships.
