The Client Relationship Consultant is responsible for managing the entire process for responding to requests from Major Account clients in situations requiring Request For Proposals, saves, rebids and upgrades that involve little or no additional revenue to Major Account Sales. The primary objective of the Client Relationship Consultant is to retain the Major Account Sales/National Account Sales base that is processing in Major Accounts and to scope and define the appropriate Payroll, HR, or Time and Labor Management platform for the client. The Client Relationship Consultant is geographically based and will receive leads from the MA District Manager who will continue to own the account and will retain responsibility for selling any additional business to the client. Leads may also come from the MA Sales Service Organization. This position may require up to 40% travel and can be located in any of the main midwest campuses - Chicago (Loop office), Elk Grove Village, Florence, Independence, Indianapolis, and Westerville.

Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):
- Minimum 5 years experience working in MA sales environment preferably in a DM or Sales System Consultant role, or equivilant or similar experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of sales process, MA solutions and MA client knowledge required.
- Strong ability to manage projects and scope client strategic business needs.
- Excellent client Sales and Client Services skills. Knowledge of Major Accounts payroll solutions.
- Skills required include: Analysis, Presentation, Proposal and Negotiation skills.

· The Clients that this Associate will be working with will be at High Risk of Leaving ADP. This will require Sales Demonstration, and Pricing Strategies in order to Retain these Clients with ADP. They will also need indepth knowledge of our competitors
