In this critical role, you will manage a team of Workforce Management Consultants who enable companies to focus on what they do best by providing them with industry-leading technology and workforce management solutions that help to reduce labor and benefits costs, attract and retain their valued employees and stay compliant with complex tax regulations. Our Major Accounts division partners with companies with 50-999 employees and is in search of high energy individuals with aggressive hunting skills in a quota-driven environment. Responsibilities of a Major Account Sales Executive:
· Develops a Sales Plan which defines how the sales team will obtain the regional sales objectives, monitors progress towards those objectives, and adjust plans as necessary to reach them.
· Insures that all Sales Associates utilize the Salesforce Automation System. Implements an audit procedure to ensure compliance.
· Responsible for establishing a working relationship with corporate staffing to ensure proper sourcing and recruiting of sales professionals to maintain regional headcount plan.
· Responsible for the sales administration process which includes processing sales orders and maintaining backlog in accordance with the Sales Policy Manual and Sales Human Resources Handbook.
· Insures that the Sales department operates within the Regional Sales Budget.
· Motivates employees to reach high standards of performance by establishing an environment within the region that encourages and recognizes diligence, dedication and a sense of mission.
· Provide training and career development of employees through direct performance feedback and job coaching. · Serves as the sales and marketing authority on the Regional Management Team and represents ADP to customers, prospects and the business community · Works in collaboration with other business units to ensure cooperation and proper sales to our clients · Maintains good working relations with General Managers and regional service center team members
Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic): Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration
- 3 years of proven performance and leadership experience in an outside B2B sales environment
- Industry experience a plus but not required
- Strategic, consultative and solutions selling experience a must
- Strong relationship building and motivational skills required with a successful track record in associate development.
