Acts as primary installation point of contact and escalation point for project stakeholders including all functional ADP departments, Clients, and Third Party Suppliers.

Develop install Project Plan for distribution to project participants.

Drives implementation consistency and quality through execution of the ADP project management guide.

Provides status updates, tracks open issues, and works with all ADP groups to resolution as required.

The HRIS Implementation Consultant manages the successful implementation of HR & Benefit Services products: - Provides project planning, management, and status reporting - Follows ADP implementation methodology and best practices - Conducts analysis of client requirements - Consults with client to create functional design of system - Works with client to configure systems and coordinate training - Manages data conversion process, data validation, and system testing - Supports client during initial live period and transition to the service organization - Responsible for the overall success of the project and satisfaction of the client

Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):

Experience working in an HR Generalist, HR Manager role. Bachelors Degree or equivalent in education and experience required. 2+ years experience implementing HR/payroll systems or benefits plans; or working in an HR or HRIS capacity required. Must have knowledge of PeopleSoft, Kronos (Time and Attendance) or other HRIS Database systems.

Experience in client management, resolving issues, and facilitating business processes necessary. Strong organizational, analytical , and project management skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Ability to work under pressures of time constraint essential. Knowledge of common business applications needed (MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, etc). Basic knowledge of web related technology and terminology desired; experience in the deployment of web-based applications helpful.

As a Client Technical Analyst, you will be able to demonstrate your customer service expertise by working as the vital link between ADP and the dealerships. You will provide Tier 1 telephone support in a fast-paced service-oriented environment. This position provides you the opportunity to learn, retain and apply technical knowledge to a variety of questions/problems called in by our clients and to use troubleshooting skills to resolve issues in a timely manner. Your outstanding customer service skills are needed to negotiate priorities and callback expectations in order to exceed the client's need. The department for this position is Parts & Service. Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):

College degree in Business or Computer Science and/or 2-5 years experience in the automotive dealership industry are required. The successful candidate will have the ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and use excellent customer service skills to explain resolutions to non-technical users. General pc knowledge and typing are required. Automotive experience is a plus. Strong skills are needed in the following areas: Technical, customer service, communications, teamwork, flexibility, reliability. This position works various shifts and you must be flexible to work some Saturday, holidays, and overtime.
