Ensures World Class Service satisfaction on each transaction. Provides critical and accurate statutory information to clients in payroll or HR areas, such as tax filing and/or benefit administration, so that ADP is not exposed to financial risk and/or penalties. Is the initial point of contact for all clients and determines if resolution can be found on initial call or if Tier II resolution is required. Quotes the future resolution commitment to the client based on a clear evaluation of the open case. Researches, designs and modifies complex mainframe features or software applications to meet the client's specific needs. Works with technical support or various production departments as needed to effectively troubleshoot, analyze and resolve problems and client concerns. Implements additional non-billable features for clients by utilizing ADP systems/applications and understanding clients requirements and needs. Recommends software enhancements or product features and identifies client training opportunities if applicable. Maintain appropriate records of client contact through the CRM (ie. Siebel). Uses the various knowledge bases, resource materials and appropriate websites to locate answers and solutions for issues. Ensures that case notes are professionally written and that they thoroughly and accurately detail the problem and the proposed resolution. Maintains the service organization's standards that are set by regional and corporate management regarding call and case handling, ie Average Handle Time, Adherence, Call Strategy, Case Activity, etc. Receives training on products or applications and servicing skills to support the organization, clients and teammates. Remains proficient on current applications and related products/features (i.e., Payroll and/or HRIS) and learns future products and new tools as they are deployed. (NASDAQ: ADP)<br/><br/>Essential Job Functions:<br/><br/>- Exceptional Client Service skills to include strong relationship building with internal/external clients and candidates.<br/>- Flexible working habits and behaviors that positively support changes in both process and recruiting coverage when required.<br/>- Recruiting responsibility over at least one of the following: Region, Aligned Business, Segment or Function.<br/>- Ensures adherence with all federal, state and local regulations governing the recruitment process including Affirmative Action.<br/>- Provide mentoring and project management to other Staffing Specialists, Staffing Coordinators or contract recruiters.<br/>- Ability to manage high volume recruiting activity<br/>- Must possess the ability to provide stand up training and/or facilitation of meetings.<br/>- Fully utilize available, automated recruiting tools and process in order that it supports effective recruiting, candidate on-boarding, standardization and record keeping.<br/>- Also directly responsible for educating hiring managers on use of automated recruiting tools and operational standardization for both active and passive candidate searches.<br/>- Develop sourcing strategies that target the passive candidate. This is to include direct sourcing, networking, and aggressive use of social networking tools. Ideally this channel should yield 20% oual hires.<br/>- Responsible for staffing communications in person, via e-mail, fax or phone with hiring managers (supervisors, managers, directors and Vice Presidents), internal HR business partners, candidates and external vendors.<br/>- Responsible for ensuring proper education, training and implementation of Employee Referral Program.<br/>- Conduct meeting with hiring managers and business leaders to review hiring strategies and staffing plans.<br/>- Develop creative sourcing strategies that include continual, focused efforts regarding Diversity outreach.<br/>- Maintain relationships with external vendors and professional Associations.<br/>- Recommend and coordinate hiring events such as JobFairs, campus recruiting and other networking events. (To include cross-functional partnering with Hiring Managers and other ADP businesses units.)<br/>- Make critical hiring recommendations and decisions to hiring managers.<br/>- Proofread and/or write job postings as needed to ensure accurate posting both internally and externally.<br/>- May include managing both recruiting workload and assigned projects to assist in the strategic development of the Staffing Department.
