Implement the strategies and plans as necessary to grow market share, revenue and brand awareness in the market.<br/><br/>ESSENTIAL <b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br/><br/>- Work with NAS leadership to determine strategic goals related to the HR and Payroll Services market and help build/execute the business plan that supports goals.<br/>- Conduct extensive market analysis and research to thoroughly understand market size, key segmentations, decision makers, buying criteria, budgeting and vendor selection criteria.<br/>- Help define and drive consistent messaging platform and value proposition into all key internal and external messaging media Benchmark industry standards and recommend/lead appropriate adjustments/expansion to service portfolio to better meet market and sales needs.<br/>- Research ADP positioning relative to direct competitors.<br/>- Develop messaging strategy that highlights ADP?s strengths and differentiates from competitors.<br/>- Work with Marketing Communications team to develop series of sales tools and collateral pieces that can be used during the sales process to demonstrate ADP?s experience and benefits, including brochures, case studies, client testimonials, web content, and other pieces as appropriate.<br/>- Guide product management and development teams on functionality and requirements that are critical to sales and/or operational success.<br/>- Serve as primary source of market and competitive information for field sales teams.<br/>- Publish regular market updates via email, Intranet and other media to ensure awareness.<br/>- Recommend opportunities for expanding revenue and market presence via new offerings, partnerships and/or acquisitions.<br/>- Identify and engage critical 3rd party analysts, consultants and influencers to educate on ADP services and increase exposure in HR and Payroll Services market.<br/>- Work with Marketing Communication team to define/execute an effective public relations strategy that drives awareness of ADP?s HR and Payroll Services solutions.<br/>- Work across sales regions to establish strategy and consistent presence at industry conferences and events. Provides overall leadership to Service organization and staffs the team highly with effective and professional service associates to achieve service, quality and financial goals.  Manages the overall performance and development of the Client Service management team and associates.<br/><br/>ESSENTIAL <b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b>:<br/>- Directs the overall Client Service function for the RUN Wholesale & Partner payroll business to meet Client Service objectives including service levels and other business metrics.  Develops and implements call center strategy to support business needs and leverages best practices and existing SBS call center strategies/ service models as needed.  Continuously reviews Service performance (call volume, schedule adherence, call metrics, quality metrics, productivity, client retention, etc.).  Identifies and appropriately addresses opportunities for improvement.  Implements SBS Service initiatives and processes to improve all aspects of Service Delivery.  Provides feedback to Service Operations.<br/>- Develops and implements overall business growth strategy for service, strategic partnerships and sales channels.  Formulates and drives execution of service, staffing and related business plans.  Partners with Sales, Product and Marketing teams on a regular basis to execute growth plan, while improving service metrics and sales growth.<br/>-  Sets and communicates strategic goals for the client service group.  Develops tactical plans to reach these goals.  Engages leadership in the communication of the Service vision.  Translates vision into meaningful associate messages and regularly communicates with associates.<br/>- Creates a high performance team environment that supports/reinforces associate development and retention.  Coaches and develops leaders to improve current performance and build bench strength for the future.  Provides periodic performance feedback and conducts annual performance reviews.  Responsible for recruitment, selection, hiring, compensation management, and performance management of Client Service staff.<br/>- Determines the Client Service organization?s training requirements.  Ensures timely and effective training is delivered to enhance skills of the Client Service team.<br/>- Partners with the local and national peers and executives across the business to deliver the best possible overall client experience.  Communicates process/functional changes to groups outside of Client Services.<br/>- Works with the VP/GM and Controller to develop annual budget recommendations including headcount plan, productivity goals, and other expenses.  Manages financial metrics, including but not limited to expenses, to the established budget/plan.<br/>- Develops strategic relationships with key clients and partners in support of executing growth plan.  Visits large and/or influential CPAs and clients to enhance service relationships, gather feedback, and generate referral opportunities.<br/>- Stays abreast of improvements/changes in call center management technology, processes, etc.<br/>SPECIAL ACCOUNTABILITY: Responsible for delivery of World Class Service to a high volume of CPA clients and strategic business partners in support of large, high-growth revenue base.  Failure to scale business growth and deliver on quality goals will directly impact client retention and achievement of SBS financial goals.<br/><br/>Leaders and associates will be located in multiple locations that are virtually connected into one organization/business.
