Implement the strategies and plans as necessary to grow market share, revenue and brand awareness in the market.<br/><br/>ESSENTIAL <b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br/><br/>- Work with NAS leadership to determine strategic goals related to the HR and Payroll Services market and help build/execute the business plan that supports goals.<br/>- Conduct extensive market analysis and research to thoroughly understand market size, key segmentations, decision makers, buying criteria, budgeting and vendor selection criteria.<br/>- Help define and drive consistent messaging platform and value proposition into all key internal and external messaging media Benchmark industry standards and recommend/lead appropriate adjustments/expansion to service portfolio to better meet market and sales needs.<br/>- Research ADP positioning relative to direct competitors.<br/>- Develop messaging strategy that highlights ADP?s strengths and differentiates from competitors.<br/>- Work with Marketing Communications team to develop series of sales tools and collateral pieces that can be used during the sales process to demonstrate ADP?s experience and benefits, including brochures, case studies, client testimonials, web content, and other pieces as appropriate.<br/>- Guide product management and development teams on functionality and requirements that are critical to sales and/or operational success.<br/>- Serve as primary source of market and competitive information for field sales teams.<br/>- Publish regular market updates via email, Intranet and other media to ensure awareness.<br/>- Recommend opportunities for expanding revenue and market presence via new offerings, partnerships and/or acquisitions.<br/>- Identify and engage critical 3rd party analysts, consultants and influencers to educate on ADP services and increase exposure in HR and Payroll Services market.<br/>- Work with Marketing Communication team to define/execute an effective public relations strategy that drives awareness of ADP?s HR and Payroll Services solutions.<br/>- Work across sales regions to establish strategy and consistent presence at industry conferences and events. Basic Function: Project managers serve under the project guidance of a Program Manager and will be responsible for daily planning, scheduling, and controlling the activities of moderately complex and complex Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) implementation projects to ensure that project deliverables both application and process related are provided on time, within budget, and in accordance to specifications and standards. SUPPORT - Provides support to all regional personnel to resolve hardware and software problems. Has knowledge of all mainframe and auxiliary system software and the inter-relation of all systems, as well as, knowledge of operations regarding job control language (JCL), file maintenance and job submission. 2. RELEASES - Installs, tests and maintains program releases and patches. Copies networked documentation, distributes to appropriate departments and provides assistance upon request. 3. MAINTENANCE - Provides system backup and recovery procedures ensuring adequate frequency and integrity. May provide RACF or other security administration and documentation as required. 4. RESEARCH/KNOWLEDGE - Remains up-to-date on all technical issues, new features, statutory changes by attending classes, manual usage, reading material and troubleshooting calls on new releases. Technical Support Specialist III Provides support of the region for all ADP applications. May include: resolving the most complex technical issues, writing custom programs, assisting other regions and Corporate in troubleshooting and assisting Group in testing and piloting releases. Functions as the regional technical liaison with Group staff. Anticipates operational and system deficiencies and repairs or recommends alternative solutions. May write custom programs or work with custom programmers. Acts independently or with very little direction, using a high level of discretion. Determines problem priority and impact to the client base. Errors can cause the loss of a client, damage ADPs reputation and result in inaccurate payroll information. Critical control over systems effecting entire client base. Responsible for end of the line resolution. Basic Function: Project managers serve under the project guidance of a Program Manager and will be responsible for daily planning, scheduling, and controlling the activities of moderately complex and complex Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) implementation projects to ensure that project deliverables both application and process related are provided on time, within budget, and in accordance to specifications and standards. Responsible for building and maintaining productive working relationships between COS organizations, multiple ADP partners and the client project team members, including the client project sponsor and steering committee. Responsible for monitoring the daily performance of onsite COS resources and assist with providing input for quarterly performance evaluations of those consultants. In some cases, they may be also be responsible for monitoring performance of client resources with respect to their assigned project activities, but they will not perform performance evaluations or other line management functions of client resources. In addition, project managers are responsible for establishing project procedures that support project management standards and guidelines as defined by the Director of Project Management Job Summary?Specific: The primary responsibility of the COS Project Manager is to daily manage the tasks, deliverables and resources defined by the project plan. This will include such tasks as plan updates, status reporting, resource requests, change control, issue logs, and other project management tasks. Typically this role manages the acceptance, integration and/or development and delivery of discrete deliverable(s) directly to internal COS and client customers, or in support of a major enterprise wide program. This position works in coordination with the COS Program Manager to provide the primary interface between the company, the internal COS and client customers as well as third party providers. Manages employees from multiple functions in the company, the customer, and some third party vendors. May manage project leaders as direct reports. Typical Duties: 1.Follows Project Management disciplines in the following areas: Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Issue Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Communication Management and Contract Management. 2.Establishes and manages project plan, including the development schedule, delivery schedule, resource requirements and integration efforts of third party products. Obtains customer sign off on status and requirements. 6.Acts as primary interface to subcontractors supplying either product or service. 7.Ensures that approved methods, processes and tools are consistently used. 8.Accountable for meeting project schedule and results as well as for the customer satisfaction and the quality of the deliverable. 9.Typically has 3-5 years of technical or industry experience before transitioning to this position, and typically is in the process of completing ADP ESG's Project Management Module Two Training.<br/><b>Qualifications Required</b><br/>(Experience, Skills, Academic):  Qualifications 3-4 years of experience implementing HR or Payroll software for Fortune 1000 companies. 2-5 years of experience in a formal Project Management role, using comparable processes and procedures to those employed by ESG. 2-5 years of experience with multi-line projects where a variety of systems and processes are implemented. 2-5 years of experience supervising the activities of teams of 10 or more people, in either a line or project reporting relationship.
